What you'll need to get approved

We verify every partner before they go live — it's what lets travellers book with confidence. Have these ready and approval usually takes a couple of days.

  • Any licence your activity legally requires
  • A phone number and email we can reach you on
  • Bank details for your payouts
  • Photos of what you're offering
Partner questions

After the experience is delivered, your earnings become payable and are transferred to the bank account on your profile. You can see every booking and what you're owed in your dashboard.

Cancellations inside the free window are refunded to the traveller and the booking drops off your schedule. Outside it, the booking stands and you're paid as normal.

No. You set your own dates, prices and group sizes, and you can unpublish a listing at any time.

You'll see the reason on your registration page. It's usually a document that was unreadable or expired — fix that and get in touch and we'll take another look.
