Guided Tours & Experiences
How we keep your experiences safe — and how to prepare for the day.
01
Verified Local Guides
- Every guide's identity is verified (KYC) and their experience is reviewed before it goes live.
- You can see each guide's profile, languages, experience, and real traveller reviews before you book.
02
Before You Go
- Check the experience's difficulty level and duration to make sure it suits you and your group.
- Confirm the meeting point and start time, and arrive a few minutes early.
- Keep your booking confirmation and your guide's contact details handy.
03
What to Bring
- Comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear suited to the activity.
- Water, sun protection (hat, sunscreen), and any personal medication.
- For desert or mountain trips, pack warm layers — evenings can get cold.
04
During Your Experience
- Stay with your group and follow your guide's instructions at all times.
- Respect nature, wildlife, and local customs — ask your guide before wandering off.
- Never put yourself at risk for a photo; your guide will point out safe spots.
05
Health & Fitness
- Tell your guide about any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs before you start.
- For active experiences (hiking, camel riding, etc.), make sure the physical level is right for everyone in your party.
06
Emergencies & Support
- Guides carry emergency contacts and basic first aid for their experiences.
- In any emergency, contact your guide and our 24/7 support line immediately.
07
Cancellations & Weather
- You can cancel within the experience's free-cancellation window shown at booking.
- For your safety, a guide may reschedule or cancel due to weather or conditions — you'll be offered a new date or a full refund.
Renting a Vehicle
Rules and responsibilities for renters and car owners.
Rules Overview
01
Car Pickup
- The primary renter must personally collect the vehicle at the confirmed pickup address.
- Additional drivers cannot pick up the car without the primary renter present.
- The car owner must verify the renter's ID and driver's license number before handing over the keys.
02
Rental Contract
- A rental contract must be signed at both pickup and return.
- The contract documents: renter identity, additional drivers, vehicle condition, any existing damage, fuel level, and current mileage.
- Both parties should keep a copy of the signed contract for their records.
03
Car Information
- The car listing contains all necessary instructions and vehicle-specific information.
- Owners should provide tips about parking, fuel type, and any quirks of the vehicle.
- Renters should read the car description carefully before the pickup.
04
Renter Verification
- Owners must deny the rental if the renter appears unfit to drive or is not the person who booked.
- If the renter does not meet minimum age requirements, the owner should refuse handover.
- Contact our support team immediately if any verification concerns arise.
05
Smoking & Animals
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during the entire rental period.
- Animals are only allowed with prior written agreement from the car owner.
- If animals are permitted, the renter must ensure the car is returned clean and free of pet hair.
06
Cancellations
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows are charged the full rental amount unless a valid reason is provided.
07
Vehicle Condition
- The renter may cancel if the car does not match the listing description upon arrival.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received.
- A cleaning fee will be charged if the car is returned in significantly worse condition.
08
Return Process
- The return contract must be signed documenting the vehicle's condition at drop-off.
- All damages — no matter how minor — must be recorded in the return contract.
- Take photos of the vehicle at return for your own records.
09
Fuel & Mileage
- Included kilometers are shown in your booking confirmation.
- The renter is responsible for using the correct fuel type as specified in the listing.
- The car must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
- Mileage overages are automatically calculated and charged based on the agreed rate.
10
Damage & Problems
In case of an accident or breakdown, stop the vehicle safely and contact roadside assistance or our support team immediately.
- All damage must be thoroughly documented with photos and written descriptions.
- Documentation is essential for insurance claims to be processed correctly.
- Never attempt to repair the vehicle yourself — contact support first.
11
Fines & Charges
- Parking fees, traffic fines, toll charges, or similar costs incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
- If the owner receives a fine for the rental period, the charge will be forwarded to the renter.
- Renters should keep all parking and toll receipts during the rental.
